Writer/Director/Psychic: I've been writing for 20 years, started writing short films 3 years ago, wrote and directed 6 short films since 2020. I won the 'Best Director for Narrative Short Film' in the Marina del Rey Film Festival in May (very motivating for a first-time Director) for our three shorts: Browsing History, The Drug Deal (A Covid-19 Comedy), and The Store (A Covid-19 Comedy). I've written over 11 features, and just completed the feature The Raid (A Covid-19 Comedy) - think Bowfinger meets The Bubble.
I'm a Pisces: I'm creative and intuitive. I've been a Psychic (professionally speaking) for over 25 years - Hey! I was born this way!!) For those who have the interest in the 'topic', I am clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairsentient, claircognizant, an Empath and a Medium. And these gifts seem to 'dictate' my writing style: I write what I see. I take a one to three paragraph summary of a story and then I type FADE IN: The script writes itself. [ENTER CREEPY MUSIC]

Sam Sokolow The mediumship hasn't really come into play; it's more of the other gifts ('the clairs') that seem to fuel my writing (or I could be EXTREMELY imaginative) LOL. With directing, probably being an Empath, being energetically sensitive such that I can feel what another feels, helps me to better understand the Actor, and assists in knowing how to connect the Actor to the character...to empower the Actor to breathe 'natural life' into the character. I LOVE the non-technical aspect of directing LOL!

And thanks; God created the 'character'; I just filled the role. :-) Re: your question, that depends on what you mean by 'big things', and also in what area of your life. Yet I will share this: October will be an interesting month for you; - a lot of learning to do; and a big decision to make. However, it's this month during which you will want to focus on 'detaching from a specific relationship' so that you may be able to 'establish another'. ;-)
