Maurice Vaughan I hope so, Maurice. Our blind acceptance of this technology needs to be rethought. And there’s already a massive breach of copyright for authors. There’s an estimated 183,000 books being used to train AI in writing and all without the authors’ consent.

I've been seeing more and more authors filing lawsuits against AI companies, Geoff Hall. I'm glad these authors, the WGA, the SAG-AFTRA, and the US government are standing up against AI and taking steps to regulate it now. Other countries might be doing the same thing, but I haven't heard anything about it.
