After reading several posts (not here) critiquing/criticizing filmmaking in general and the industry as a whole but without offering substantive suggestions for improving things, I got to wondering if any S32 members have considered how to improve our lot. Your thoughts...?

I believe in equality in every type of relationship. I feel that the film (and TV) industry is lacking in that regard.
