You'd be surprised at how many people don't understand that, even a standard workplace. Unless you're my boss then why are you worrying about what I am doing? Are you doing your job? smh In general, people need to just focus on themselves and not concern themselves with what does concern them. That is all. ;)

I agree with you Suzanne. When I first started, I did find myself comparing myself to others at auditions. At one point, I figured out that it was really hurting my auditioning. So, that is why I started removing myself from others prior to my read and just prepare on the audition.
