I'm trying to find out where is the standard location to insert the End of Act indication and the following Act on the script. Does the new act have to be on the next page or it can be on the same page, right after the end of act?
Is this for a TV script (pilot) or a film? I have been told by a screenwriting tutor and ex showrunner that TV Act Breaks are dictated by the broadcaster showing the TV show because different shows have different ad breaks and cable shows have no TV ad breaks. People generally advise to structure invisible informal act breaks in your TV script id its a spec to give a sense of structure but you don't have to physically write breaks on the spec script. If you've been asked to write a script - they would tell you where to put in breaks and you will probably be asked to write the breaks in to make it more obvious for the team.
John Fernando I've been told the same for spec pilots, no written act breaks especially most streaming pilots don't have them, I looked at several e.g. Severance and did not see them.

New page is a general guideline for a new Act where the outgoing Act ends on the previous page. Final Draft TV template has this built in.

If a pilot, you do.

NP, Arthur. Welcome.
Act Breaks are not definitively necessary in a pilot Spec. Some, like me, write pilots without them. Writer's judgment call.

Google Writers Foundation Guild; they post screenplays of actual tv shows on air. Basically whoever is boss of the show decides the page formatting

Specs are written outside show constraints. That's the crux of the OP.
