I practiced trial and appellate law for decades. I now concentrate on my writings (3 novels, poetry, short stories, screenplay) , adventure and photography (see baileypontification.com). I am working on final edits of some of my work and seeking a realistic avenue for my screenplay based on one of my novels I wrote after spending time in Mexico at a revolutionary Zapatista camp.
