Studios and producers won't sign your NDA. They'll make you sign theirs. They are protecting themselves in case they have similar projects that might come up in discussions. On a side note, if you were producing this yourself and wanted potential people to sign an NDA, then you would hire an entertainment lawyer to write up a custom NDA.
Another thing to consider. If they love it, but it is not for them. But they know the perfect place for it. They cannot discuss it with their contacts. Because, they cannot disclose it to anyone.
Regarding your original question, if you're on a budget and hiring an attorney is out of the question, write up an agreement that covers whatever bases you want covered, then hire an attorney for 1-2 hours to look it over. Best wishes to you!
