Hello, I’m a director and cinematographer with a potential feature film based on the life story of a man from Sicily. I’m wondering if anyone has legal templates I could use to solidify a working relationship with his descendants.
It would be something to ensure I cannot cut them out of the production, and protect my interests in the project as well.
Any help would be much appreciated, including ideas on where to post for this.
Thanks,
Ian

Hi, Ian. My name is Rich. Don’t have any legal templates, but I wonder if VLA could help. Volunteer Lawyers For The Arts. Maybe they could help?

I do storyboards and music/sync music for film. If you need boards for your film project, you can message me on Stage 32. All the best, talk to you soon.

Welcome to the community, Ian Carberry. It's nice to meet you.
I suggest adding a profile picture and a detailed bio on your profile. People will feel more comfortable networking and collaborating with you if they know what you look like. And if you have a picture, your profile will show up when someone searches for you. A detailed bio will help you build relationships/network on here. You could add things to your bio like why you became a cinematographer/director/editor/screenwriter, your accomplishments, your goals, and what movies and shows you like.
And here's a great blog that'll help you navigate Stage 32 for your best experience: www.stage32.com/blog/navigating-stage-32-for-your-best-experience-3095
