So I made a post a few weeks ago about getting back in to script writing.
Good news is, my ADHD hasn't side-tracked me off on to another project or passion!
I'm nearing completion of my first draft of my feature film. It's scrappy and bolted together as all good first drafts are. A good portion of it consists of getting the scene out of my head and on to the page, with the intention of coming back and making it readable on the second pass.
I'm very pleased with this concept, it's not going to require an extravagant budget to shoot and I haven't gone off track and start writing pure rubbish...Yet.
What is everyone else working on? Let me know I'm not alone in that first draft slog!

Congratulations on getting close to finishing your first draft, Spencer Barrett! I'm working on a ghostwriting job, writing a feature spec script (first draft that's also scrappy and bolted together!), and pitching projects.

It is almost always a slog Spencer Barrett but, I have found a good outline can make it a lot less time consuming getting my first draft done.
