Introduce Yourself : Hey Folks! by Eric Lotter

Eric Lotter

Hey Folks!

We are all the main characters of our stories.

I have been telling stories on paper since I was in Elementary school. Working on adapting a book I wrote in 7th grade into a tv series with my youngest (16y.o. ) daughter.

I have two completed features in totally different genres. One of them I have taken the leap and entered in 12 competitions including some big ones. The feedback and notes from other writers (I cannot you all peers yet!) has driven draft after draft to the point where I know the first few submissions were in vain.

The second feature is in puke draft stage but gets better everyday.

That series is coming along as well. Season one outline is complete. The series bible is coming together.

It’s a hobby right now- but I do hope to make the network connections and work with writers/producers to make the world smile and think.

Nice to see you again, Eric Lotter. I started telling stories in elementary school too. Our teacher had us write a short story and put it together with a front cover and back cover. I didn't write much after that until I was 13 (I was more into drawing as a kid). That's when I wrote a short story that was like "Dexter."
