I am a filmmaker and film academic. Currently marketing a 13-segment documentary film, "Tuko Pamoja" that I want to adapt into a live-action series titled "Conquer or Die". I want to make a "Game of Thrones' of the African Great Lakes Region with the protagonist being King Kabalega (Kabarega) of the mighty Bunyoro Kitara empire.

It's great to see you on IYW, Cindy Magara. Is there a trailer of TUKO PAMOJA that we can see? A GoT set in the African Great Lakes region sounds epic, I recently met with the head of content and multimedia services at the Uganda Communications Commission and there is so much energy and dedication in East Africa to cultivating storytellers and great stories. I can see your idea flourishing and would love to see it on the screen.
