Hello Stage 32!!
I was on a roll at the beginning of the year with posting during Introduce Yourself Weekends but the last few months I haven't been as on top of it as I should.
I'm Mary Helen. I'm a novelist and a journalist who wants to write for television someday. I specialize in mysteries when it comes to fiction writing. On the article side, I tend to cover entertainment and the gaming scene.
Right now, I'm working on my next book, a series of television themed pieces for a site, pitches for the Stage 32 blog, and two original pilots which are in vastly different places creatively.

Hi! I was a journalist, too, for a long time and deadlines definitely helped me. Sounds like you have some great projects this month. Cheering you on!

Thank you Joo Lee!!!
Mysteries are fun to watch, Mary Helen Norris! It's one of my favorite genres. I'm sure they're fun to read as well. What's one of your favorite Mystery movies?

Nice to meet you! I haven't been active here for several years, focusing instead on my novel and short story writing. Have recently started pitching again. Fingers crossed.
Best wishes to you on your writing journey!!

Maurice Vaughan You're asking me to pick a favorite child. I would say that I adore Laura. I'm also a fan of Clue.

Clue is one of my favorites, Mary Helen Norris. So is Murder on the Orient Express (2017) and the Knives Out movies. I haven't seen Laura. I just added it to my watch list.

I just looked up A Haunting in Venice, Mary Helen Norris. I feel like I've seen it, but I'm not sure. I'd like to write a Mystery script one day.
