When I do storyboard jobs for film and media directors, each job is different in terms of the theme of the project and the script you get to board up the scenes. Here is an example of storyboards I did for a Victoria’s Secret Super Bowl Ad Campaign. This was a job I did with Madoff Productions. My tip/suggestion/advice to all storyboard artists is to always have a professional, collaborative relationship with directors. Each job is different, so always bring out the best when you are drawing boards. And watch tons of films, study different cinematic styles, look at photography, comic books, art etc. What inspires you can motivate you to do some great work. Happy holidays!
Great tips, Rich Terdoslavich! How often do directors request changes to storyboards?

Very rarely. For this job, the director had specific visuals he wanted me to board. We had a meeting, reviewed over the script and knocked them out in a few days. Everything worked out and enjoyed working with the client.
