
Sustainability matters on set - here are 5 ways to create an eco-friendly production:
1. Minimise Single-Use Plastics : Replace water bottles with reusable ones for the crew.
2. Digital Scripts : Reduce paper waste by using digital tools for #FilmScripts and #CallSheets.
3. Eco-Friendly Lighting : Switch to energy-efficient LET lights.
4. Reuse and Recycle Sets : Recycle old set materials and props instead of discarding them.
5. Green Transportation : Opt for carpooling or electric vehicles when possible.

@Dan spot on—leadership sets the tone. Maybe another tip should be “Lead by Example”—when directors and producers make sustainability a priority, the whole crew is more likely to follow suit.

Also, if you've got safe left-over props food or hero food from a food commercial, there are a number of places to donate that. Offering it to cast and crew to take home is also appreciated.
