Sometimes we get so busy with life and projects we forget to reply to people. When you get a chance, I suggest doing a check for Stage 32 comments and messages you haven’t responded to yet. It’s a way to build and maintain relationships.
You can check for replies to your comments by hovering your mouse over “Profile” near the top of Stage 32’s homepage and clicking “Posts & Updates” in the drop-down menu.
You can also check for replies by going to your profile and clicking “Lounge Posts” or “______’s Wall” underneath your profile picture.

That’s something I have since I am a Gemini Maurice Vaughan I can’t let any comment without a replay. I am like this since ever, because replaying also nurture ourselves and others. Besides that, it’s an amazing way to know better people, to networking and establish connections that can be vital for our career :)) You and I, we are like that :)) Thanks for this post!

Now I feel the need to add to this conversation. lol I'm missing out. Also, to add to Maurice Vaughan about checking for messages, I just look at the bell and the envelope in the upper right hand corner. They will have a number. You can drop down the menu and see what are likes, and what are comments. I don't turn the notifications on on the app but I do keep myself logged in on the website and check multiple times a day. The only times I don't respond to a comment is if it's negative or I just don't have an answer. Though I do try to point someone in the right direction if I can. It is also nice when someone responds to your post, to say thank you. even if you don't agree with the comment. I'm an Aquarius though @Sandra so sometimes my directness is perceived as "rudeness" and I don't always have the energy to get into it.
