Hi everyone!
I'm Mao Kawakami, a director - movement director originally from Japan.
Little bit about me: I've been a professional dancer in TV/Film/Live Shows for past 10 years and now have been working in as a associate art director for past couple years .With years of experience both on-and-off camera in TV and film, I bring a keen eye for details ensuring every element serves the story with depth and intention as well as the care for work environment. I believe that collaboration and efficiency are key to achieving the vision, and I thrive in bringing worlds to life through thoughtful process.
Now that my creativity is expanding rapidly. I feel very at home with storytelling (narrative tv/film) just like I feel the same way with dance. I was the kid that always loved debating characters inner monologue in English class, got associated degree in Psychology after.
Storytelling, design, music and movement (: ART) have such a great power to serve and make positive impact to people in their day to day life. and I cannot wait to collaborate with people who challenges the perspectives and creativity of life.
I'm here to connect and create with people who are developing film/tv shows and making them come to life. Directors, Writers, Producers, Actors, Editors... Drama, comedy and thriller are my genres, but there are so much to learn from every genre and I love discovering about every little things! Looking forward to create with you guys, please feel free to reach out :)

Hello fellow storyteller! Writing and filmmaking are such powerful ways to express emotions and perspectives. I’d love to connect and share ideas about character development and world-building—what inspires your storytelling the most? Managing multiple subjects can be overwhelming, and I needed help with my assignments and homework. I decided to try this https://lastminutewriting.com/homework website, and it was an amazing experience. Last Minute Writing service writer was professional, followed all my guidelines, and delivered before the deadline. The paper was well-structured, error-free, and had strong arguments. I highly recommend this service for students who need fast and reliable homework assistance.
