Greeting from Southern Ontario. The wind is howling, the sky is glloomy, and the rain is imminent. It sounds like a good opening for a screenplay. I am a writer of stories and setting the tone and the mood immediately in your story is of utmost importance. Happy writing, creative nation, and catch you on the greasy side.

Hi, David Dicaire. We might get rain tomorrow and Monday. I can't wait. It's great writing and sleeping weather. How are you doing?

Hey David Dicaire - always good to see you here. And I can sympathize - it's been storming here since 4am and they're talking tornadoes. I tried taking our dog Duchess out for a quick walk and she wasn't having it. Hope you are doing well.

Hey Maurice Vaughan. I am well. How are you? How is the writing going? Don't you just love Introduce Yourself Weekend?

Hello Leonardo Ramirez. Always good so see you as well. Duchess sounds like a very keen dog. Hope you are doing well. Give your dog a big hug from me. I love dogs. Almost every screenplay that I write has a canine in it. LOL.

Yep, love IYW, David Dicaire. Glad you're well. I'm doing fine. I'm making progress on my scripts. What are you working?

You and me just became best friends David Dicaire. I love dogs. Duchess' companion (Tinkerbell) just crossed the rainbow bridge last month and we miss her dearly. Duchess is getting all the love now. She's also my writing companion and loves to sit under my desk when I write.

Glad to hear that you are making progress on your scripts, Maurice Vaughan. Last week, the muse was turned on full power, and I started a dozen screenplays. It was wild. Since then, every day, I work on each one a little bit of a time. They are a cross-section of genres.

Sorry for your loss, Leonardo. The best writing companion anyone can have is a dog. Too bad they can't read and critique your work.

Thanks David Dicaire. I need to try reading it to her and see how she reacts.

Well, Maurice Vaughan, they are all full-length with the possible exception of one of them. I only have one scene written so not quite sure where it is going to go.
