I have an idea on how to make my query letter stand out and get producers interested in my script, the idea is to include a PowerPoint link at the bottom of the query letter. Yes or no?

I think it could help sell the script as long as producers do not get hung up that they cannot look at the PowerPoint because a release form has not been signed or consider it unsolicited.
