Hi everyone – I’m Alexander, a writer, producer, and human rights advocate based in Switzerland.
I’m currently developing The Pioneeress, a feature-length political-biographical thriller based on a legally confirmed true story of systemic erasure, justice, and resilience. The project is grounded in personal experience and supported by two ECHR victories and 29 legal rulings. It’s cinematic justice—anchored in fact, but built for emotional and narrative impact.

Hi, Alexander V. Koenig. Welcome to the Stage 32 community. Here's a blog that'll help you navigate Stage 32 and connect with creatives and industry professionals: www.stage32.com/blog/how-to-successfully-navigate-the-stage-32-platform-...
The Pioneeress sounds interesting! You could post your script on your profile. Producers search profiles on here for projects. Click the gear symbol in the top right-hand corner and select “Edit profile” in the drop-down menu. Scroll down to “Loglines” and click “Add/edit loglines” to the right of “Loglines.” You can also post your script on your profile this way: www.stage32.com/loglines (near the top where it says “Add a Logline”)

Thank you. We have an Exposée of 2 pages that we hand out confidential. How could I integrate that?

You're welcome, Alexander V. Koenig. You posted the Exposée, so producers/etc. will be able to read and download that when they go to your logline page. You can also post about your project and the Exposée in the Your Stage Lounge and on Your Wall.

Alexander: Your thriller about state betrayal needs to be told. I've a screenplay based on a true story where the state medical system treated my mother for mental illness and she was not insane! All because women had no rights in the 1950's and her husband committed her.

This is a really fascinating topic and I wish you the best of luck on developing this project Alexandre. I have two resources for you. One is a great webinar that we have on the step-by-step for developing a true story like this into a film that I think you’ll find very helpful.: https://www.stage32.com/education/products/how-to-adapt-a-true-story-as-a-film-or-series. second is it seems like you were going to Cannes this year. We are going to be announcing our Cannes rollcall blog on Monday, so keep an eye out so you could see our full lineup of event events but we just listed our Stage 32 meet up so make sure you RSVP here: https://www.stage32.com/meetups/2025/Cannes-Film-Festival-2024-Stage-32-Party-OFFICIAL
