Okay, so in the past we've only used the DP, sometimes a sound guy, and the actors as crew when they aren't acting. Not ideal. I'm producing a NO BUDGET short the weekend of Sept 7 & 8. 3 locations. I'm looking for anyone who is interested in helping with sound, lights, blood and scar makeup, and craft services.

I'm nowhere near you, but I'm curious how your recruiting is going for your upcoming shoot. I plan on putting together a shoot sometime this fall in Tampa and anticipate a need to find a few key folks to help out, too, for a NO BUDGET short. Any luck on this site? Other sources?
