HI all, I'm a full-time writer with 14 books in print and the 15th forthcoming in about a month. I've written three scripts--the first one in (literally) two days. It's easy to write a "bad" script in two days, but this one's validated as good as it was a semifinalist in the Nicholl's. Wrote another that was a semifinalist in the Best of Austin competition and a finalist in the Writer's Guild. Haven't shown them to many as I used to teach in the UCLA Writer's Program and the single worst writing student I ever had became a reader for the industry and since then I can't bring myself to trust the coverage I'd get from at least some of these first readers... it sticks to your script forever... Anyone interested in a looksee, they include a black comedy titled THE GENUINE, IMITATION, PLASTIC KIDNAPPING and SPATTERDASHERS, both registered with WGA. I'd love to get KIDNAPPING on Woody Harrelson's desk... Contact info on my blog at www.lesedgertononwriting.blogspot.com/ Several on here may be familiar with my writer's how-to, HOOKED.
