Introduce Yourself : One day I hope to switch writing from "hobby" to "profession" by Christopher Eugene Lee

I'm Chris (I go by my full name for writing because of the other Christopher & Chris Lees out there). I'm from Salt Lake City. I work in local broadcasting but I write on the side. Spent most of the 00's teaching myself screenwriting, then moved to the screenplay competition merry-go-round. Haven't won anything but I've done well enough to get the courage to keep writing. I have eclectic interests, and they're reflected in my writing. I like writing comedy, historical pieces and drama, and I love blending genres. I'm pondering what the next phase in my writing career will be. Got to attend Austin last year as a second rounder; an amazing experience. Not sure where my writing will take me, but I'm having fun on the journey so far.
