Anything Goes : New Kickstarter gig by David Donahue

Hi everybody, I have a Kickstarter gig just starting now. My goal is to raise 10,000 to create a documentary of people with HIV to share positive stories or even not so positive stories. I would like this to be about an hour long and this documentary is meant to help educate people on exactly how this illness affects those living with it. Also I would like to share how HIV has changed the lives of the people who live with the disease. As you may know HIV rates continue to climb with 40,000 new diagnosis' each year in the United States. I have lived with this since the mid nineties and in 2005 came close to death. I believe that creating this documentary can help people see that people with HIV are still living and thriving though the efforts of modern science. I would also like to see this make a posiive impact on fighting the stigma associated with this disease. I am looking for a director and writer for this project once I get funded. Hopefully if all goes well it will be a success. This project will be located and filmed in Raleigh Durham NC.
