As I understand it, this is only for films with a michigan connection?
it was supposed to be but we are opening it up to all films from anywhere, but if you have some kind of connection with michigan it just looks better for our state. We are now just going to make this entire thing bigger then Sundance. I know it will take some time to do that but this is our goal.
