Producing : In search of Producer with current Warner Bros deal. by Thomas R. Waters

After a year of negotiating I have finally given in to Warner Bros and accept that they own the rights to my screenplay "Night Fall". It is based on the play "Night Must Fall" and would be a re-make of the '37 film of the same name. I need to identify a producer/production company that has a current deal with Warner Bros and is willing to look at small projects (10M). My agents and I have identified several but we need to find others.
