Fact: I used to work for Andrew Nicoll as his PA (he of Gattaca fame). I used to Cook for Christopher Nolan(he of Batman Fame) : What I've been doing this year: , I’ve had a few articles published mainly on Prague, been updating my blog http://pocketchef.wordpress.com/ started up a new Collective of Producers, Journalists, Directors, Music Makers, Writers, etc called ‘The Gastronomes’ http://www.facebook.com/thegastronomes done some tour guiding in Europe, consulted on a new menu for a five star hotel in Athens http://youtu.be/CwZ_2gA7AUM and realised, produced, presented filming a multi-media TV pilot in Greece. Was awarded the Title of Metaxa Academician on a press trip to Samos. Abseiled 200ft down the Lancaster Hotel in aid of Springboard Charity,http://springboard.uk.net/ . I am currently learning all about Transmedia and second screen viewing, as this is going to affect all of us 'video' makers with marketing our projects and finished products. I recently attended a Westminster Media Forum. Good news there is money to invest in films and tv programmes (in the uk) I will be writing up a short synopsis of the transcript and my own notes. Z, love your page and food and style. I am also representing a fashion designer who has has just won two male designer awards of 2012. He is actually in Kenya right now at the FAFFA gala night show, He also has an amazing women's wear collection. I will send you the press release and link to the video when I have put it together.
