I know some amazing graphic designers.... but they will all need somewhere between $75-$450 depending on the complexity and number of revisions, etc. Let me know if you need a referral!

If you don't have a couple of hundred bucks, you're not going to get a logo worth using. There are a ton of free, generic templates online you can drop your name into if this isn't a real business.

Greetings! There are many ways to skin a cat in the logo department. Please locate a community college near you and ask a student who is a design major to work a logo for you. They do this for their portfolios. I have done it and it works, and I get the best stuff! Also you can also ask a local graphic designer to do it pro-bono for advertising. That works too! Good luck! fiverr.com. Look around a lot and find the artist you like the best and it only cost 5 bucks. Give it a shot.
