Acting : Union or Non union that is the question? by Kevin J Medlin

I've done a couple of projects. Check out my IMDB page (shameless plug). I am non union but lately I've been thinking of becoming SAG/AFTRA. This question is for my Vets out there.... Looking back now is it something I should rush? Would you have stayed non union longer? Is the union really going to take me to that next level?
