I know this might sound a strange request from a person who has made so many films and other productions but this is a new area to me. I have my first novel being published in February and it just popped into my head that it would be great to have an audio version produced. I could direct it and arrange the studio recording but I will need a great actor to be the reader and I don't know how long it usually takes to record a book (it's about 90,000 words) or what the pay rates are or does the reader get a modest piece of the action or a mix? Any input from those with experience in this area would be really useful. Thanks in anticipation. Tony
