Looking for a family drama to round out your next Season?

My play Bound by Blood has had two wonderful productions and I am hoping to get this show to theatre companies looking to promote new work plays. http://www.ericjpinman.com/about.html This swift family drama chronicles the events two days after the passing of Justin Walker, and his family and friends journey of acceptance. Secrets and lies are the ties that bind, and for the Walkers and roommates of Justin Walker, all the years of denial come to the table. Kevin Thomas of San Francisco Examiner.com said: "Bravo to Eric for taking a story we've all heard - family dealing with secrets surrounding son's homosexually and AIDS - and putting a fresh, raw feeling to it. There have been many a drama in which secrets unfold, much to an overly or predictable conclusion. Inman's "Blood" exposes its core by gently pulling back the layers, mixing in flashbacks and comedy relief in a way so the heavy drama is easier to take." This is the perfect addition to a season for any Artistic Director looking to examine the process of acceptance with in a family. And not just a family defined by blood, but the ones we find later in life. The show takes place in an apartment int he early 2000's, so production costs are low. The cast is an ensemble of 8 to 10 depending on casting choices. If you would like a perusal copy of the script please let me know! I would love to see this show produced at regional companies across the country. I have scripts and marketing materials available upon licensing the show. -Eric Inman
