Anything Goes : Changes to the industry by Michael Persaud

I have a gut feeling its time for changes to the age old industry that hasn't evolved since its inception. I'm about to launch a website with as part of this evolution (details later) and i believe stage32 is a great part of this evolutionary process. How many of you think we need change and what changes should the industry be ready for immediate acceptance?
