Hello dreamers and schemers..I would like to find a person to collaborate with in the "submission" process. I have a completed screenplay that was in the hands of a retired HBO exec who felt the original and compelling story was not only a feauture film,but had enough juice for a series...He asked if I had an agent ,,I said no,and that was the end of it. Perhaps you would be of assistance to my quest,and I would be open to whatever in terms of compensation... thanks for your attention.. js

It's good enough so now you need to get an agent. How many agents have you contacted so far?
I was referred to an agent in NY and he proved to be less impressive than a streetsweeper I used to be. other than him..none.
you know that really makes sense ..as I have been in the process of another ..if I'm not writing it feels like I'm not accomplishing anything..even if no other eyes read my words..crazy..this writing thing
Then it's time to hit the agents. You have a project that someone with experience already likes so you should get yourself (and your script) out there by contacting as many agents as you can. I don't think you need a person to collaborate with - I think you need to do the work needed. It will take a lot of hard work, but you're up to it.
