Hi, I am Craig Cothren, managing partner of Dragon Horse Productions, LLC based in Louisville, KY. I am in mid project completing two documentaries. First doc is entitled, "Lincoln, North/South, Right/Wrong, a Buddhist perspective on the Civil War. Second doc is a social commentary entitled, "Mike". Mike documents the hardships endured by Mike who was hit by an 18 Wheeler. Now he has neurological problems as a result of being throw his pick up trucks windshield. My was given several tickets by the Metro Louisville Police Department. The police department made no attempt to get him a social worker. A friend of mine did. Mike can not be placed in a rehab center even though he needs daily care because one he is not 65 and two because he would have to be bankrupted to be placed on Medicaid to afford centers who would take him. So, I have become his guardian to maintain is net worth and to ensure through Elder Care he is taken care of. If cuts to entitlements occur he will be negatively affected.
