Screenwriting : Movie idea or TV series by Joyce Boncal

Hello, I'm new to Stage 32 but having been through the Blizzard of 2013 here in CT, I have a TV series or movie idea for someone. The weatherman said we've been though 5 one-hundred-year events in the past few years here ie we should have had one of these blizzards, or hurricanes but we've had five. Movie idea- a family is living in New England and having experienced 2 weeks without electricity decide to move to the South. There they are flooded out losing precious momentoes, and a child. They decide to move out West. There it's a tornado and the well runs dry. They realize there is no escaping the global warming problem. Fast forward 50 years. What is life like . . .is everyone living under weather domes, underground, on other planets? I'll be your consultant/adviser on this since I've experienced some of these weather events. Joyce Boncal
