John, I am a DP in Atlanta with a recently added 1-ton grip truck. For jobs in 2013, I am throwing in a pretty nice lighting package (including Kinos, Mole 2k's, Arri 1k's/Tweenies, Rifa's, Leko's, etc.) and lots of other extras as well.
