Introduce Yourself : Assistant editor, percussionist, aspiring editor by Michelle Doherty

Hey everyone, I'm a young Canadian Film Production graduate living in Vancouver, BC, however, I'll be making a move to London in the next few months. I've been an assistant editor for a year and a half, working on shows for the Food Network Canada and Telus CommunityTV. I have edited numerous short films and promos, but I'm hoping to become a professional editor and sound designer in the future. I also play drums and teaching myself bass guitar, so I have a high interest in music production as well. I've had experience with wardrobe/costume on set, which is another passion of mine. Hoping to also write and create a web series with a friend in the near future. Anyone in the London, UK area wanting to collaborate, let me know! :) Michelle
