There is a myth that faith based films don't sell...And that a movie needs to be graphically bloody, gory, filled with violence, murder hate, or sex in order to sell or do well in the box office. I disagree if a movie is done right written write, has the right actors, theme, tone, etc., and is promoted and marketed properly it will do just fine.

You don't need to have million dollar movie budgets for a movie to do well. "Rocky" was made for under 100 grand with a bunch of unknowns and is still one of the best and highest grossing films ever. As well as launching a franchise.
