Anything Goes : Making a short piece based on a nominated piece? by Sara McDermott Jain

What's everyone think about making a short, funny piece based on an Oscar-nominated piece in the hope of getting more views? That's what I did with my Public Service Announcement from Les Mis's Javert, which has already gotten more views than any of my other shorts! Anyone else had a similar experience?
