Hi Marie, the film is not completed yet as we are going through post production and in search of finishing funds.

Marcelo, the correct answer is Yes. It takes time to vet distributors and setup a distribution contract. Don't wait until you're all done to start making contacts. You can also presell to foreign markets or domestic distributors to get the finishing funds you seek.

Hello Marcelo, Everyone! Marcelo can you disclose on this thread the amount needed for completion? Also, Cory is correct, and it is even better to begin grooming relationships with distributors at the onset of development. And groom relationships just for the sake of the friendship, as well. Relationships are key in this business. Key to life!

Hi Daniel, I have been talking to distributors since I completed the shooting in 2010. They all want to get a screener and must be completed, I am organizing a screening at a well known venue in LA and will invite all of these contacts plus new ones to come and watch the work in progress. my film has over 200 vfx shots at 500 to 1.500 dollars each and it takes a full week from design to final render. Plus Sound design, editing, production expenses, and deliverables.
