Screenwriting : Save the cat by Jason C Killpack

So I just finished reading for the second time Blake Snyder's Save the cat . The wealth of insider knowledge and just pure writing gold contained within is truly mind boggling. I honestly believe if anyone intends to be a successful screenwriter this is a must read! If after reading and then applying the knowledge inside you don't sell a script then you seriously should not be in screenwriting. I have no doubt in my mind that I shall sell my first script this year in huge part due to the immense wealth of time honored, tried and true story telling truths revealed in this fantastic book. He doesn't sugar coat it, he lays it out step by step how to write a marketable screenplay. My eyes have been opened and I have seen the light that is Blake Snyder's genius.
