Acting : Voice over for recapturing events by Jewell Williams

Hi all, I am looking for some tips on Voice acting. I have a video blog and interview people and businesses at local events. see www.cumberlandinsider.com. Sometimes I just give a recap of the event while the video is playing. I keep the background noise so that it still has the live video effect. I would like to improve my voice over reading. Any tips on books or websites or videos that may demonstrate this? Thanks!
