Are there any companies or persons that would be willing to assist up and coming production crews to gain experience internships or employment.......

have you checked craigslist? i often see interns needed, though i don't know if the same opportunities exist there

@Matt Sanford -- yes Mandy.com would be perfect. Also call the film commission in your state/city for a listing of the productions being filmed in the area. Call the prod co's on the list, ask to speak to the Production Manager or 2nd Assistant Director. Offer to work as a PA for FREE. Then NETWORK.
