Filmmaking / Directing : Directing children by Frode Graadahl

I've had some experience directing children, she was a girl aged 7 and had some previous experience so she was quite good to work with. Does anybody here have extensive experience directing children and gotten great performances from them? Please let us know and tell us a little bit of your approach, especially if the child you directed had little to no experience in front of the camera prior to your shoot. Thanks. :-) Frode
