Anything Goes : Short script needed 4-5 pages by Deanna Rashell

Hello, I'm a producer looking for a really cool short script, 5 pages max, 1 location, preferably a house but I do have access to a small Chiro office which has an office inside of it with dark wood desk, looks like a corporate office. The lead character has to be female, age doesn't really matter but the actress plays 25-35, comedy would be awesome but I'm open to any type of script. Prefer not to need any special effects. Need a compelling story to win at festivals, I love good endings and I will need you to be open to the possibility of slight tweaks in the script that may be needed. I'll get it up on IMDb and get it out there, our crew is in place, all we need is a really cool script!
