What...No comments? OK, I'll start. The Wire is, to me, the most egregious.
ALL OF THESE SHOWS, YES! And I'll also add SOUTHLAND (smh at the emmys and golden globes for NEVER acknowledging the CONSISTENT brillance of the acting, writing and direction on this show! If you haven't watched it, catch up now. Seasons 1-4 should be on Netflix with season 5 on its way), ORPHAN BLACK (clearly, genre shows NEVER get love. But, this one, NEEDS TO. Sadly, I suspect it won't ever get any love for however long its on the air...), Homicide: Life on the Street..there are many shows that have never been recognized for best series and won't be (I'll gleefully add NBC's Hannibal to this list too). Oh yeah, WONDERFALLS, etc.
oh man! My So Called Life!... I remember when it first came out...my friends (including mine) High School notebooks were littered with Jordan Catalano (Jared Leto)...It was the topic of discussion Friday Mornings... Was in college by the time Freaks and Geeks was showing, so not to familiar with it, but actually started watching it on Netflix a few weeks ago. Oz, Gilmore Girls and Wire was something I watched on and off. I am not an awards show person, but I am really surprised these shows did not receive anything. not even a nod! Wow...

Roseanne was never nominated? Wow. My fave out of this list is OZ. What a fantastic series. Very dark, very graphic, but gut-wrenching drama.

OZ is a good call... Christine - Louie is getting some love...I think its day will come.
