90-120 minutes and pages, is this paradigm obsolete with the change in media formats/display sites: youTube, facebook, hulu, and many others? If this is true , then are many other technical aspect of a script also different regarding story arc, introduction of characters, denouncement and resolution? I'm thinking that the 10-2--30-40 page/minutes fits devices and the IT generation better and is easier for the film maker and/or writer
Work to your format. That was always for a feature screenplay length, and is still a rule of thumb. The length of the video does affect story arc.
