(1) When someone's name is crossed out and it is labeled "User Suspended," what does that mean? Has the person voluntarily canceled membership? Or, has that person been thrown out for some violation? (2) I have had some issues with a person who approached me from this website, is there a procedure for presenting that to administration of Stage 32?
