Introduce Yourself : Hi. JZ Murdock, author and screenwriter by JZ Murdock

It seems to be in my blood and my family as well. My niece is an actress moving on up (Hot Tub Time Machine II is the next one out for her), her husband is a TV director and her brother is working on TV shows in NY (The Apprentice, Mob Wives, and other). I write mostly Horror, some Sci Fi, and non fiction. My own daughter is publishing a children's book and is a musician, as is my son though he's enjoying working in IT lately and just started his own mineral business on the side. I write. I was a Senior Tech Writer in the 90s but it was so boring, though an excellent proving ground as it was for Isaac Asimov and many other well known authors. I have a couple of Horror books out, short stories, audiobooks, blog, and so on. Working hard to be able to leave my day job behind forever. Seek you bliss, is all I can say.
