Introduce Yourself : Greetings from Burbank, CA by Joanna Folino

Hello all folks on this board. Thanks for taking the time to read about me. I look forward to meeting many of you here as well. My name is Joanna Folino and I lived and worked in the East Bay of San Francisco as a theatre and film professor for 20 years. I have now moved on in my life while still teaching online classes here in Burbank. I was a playwriting major in grad school in Ohio and over the last decade have been involved in writing and producing both narrative shorts and full length docs. My newest doc is called Within Reach about the search for sustainable communities in the US and my last short film starred actor Jim Beaver and it was called The Silence of Bees. I am currently developing a one woman show because I am also an actor and a new short film about .....couples. I am single currently and happy.
