Looking for producer

Hello, I am currently working on my independent film project, and I am looking for a producer. I have already finished my script, which I intend to shoot into a feature film. Because of the need for greater investment, I plan to seek financing on a larger scale. I plan to film some scenes from the movie to put online as part of my proposal for financing. I am very pleased that last month, I and my team have completed shooting of one scene. We worked very successfully, and now I would like to film the opening scene, which is about 7-10 minutes or so. I was very fortunate to find my previous producer here for the scene of the shooting, she was a very capable producer, but she had to relocate to another country. After working with her I feel deeply the importance of an experienced producer and film crew. I have a relatively stable team (photography, actors, recording), and now I'm here, looking for an equally good producer to join our team. Our budget for this drama about 1000-1200 dollars, we will continue to use Black magic4K cameras, and it is expected to take two days time. The way we work is doing a large number of rehearsals to achieve the best results. I believe that any brilliant performances are from an actor directly and naturally showing his heart, and to get such a state, the only way is through a large number of effective rehearsals. Your work includes: -find opening scene actress (about 30-40 Caucasian woman) -arrange actress auditions and crew screening other staff -communicate with the director about film style (we will watch some films together before the shooting, 2-3 films, so you can become familiar with the director's style) -contribute to modifying and improving the script -attend a rehearsal about two weeks work (I already have secured rehearsal location) -find the place for actual shooting of the scene (cafe or small restaurant) -be involved in the final shoot The film will be shot documentary style, stand-alone implementation, with no music but full of the spirit of rock and roll. Our current production team is from different countries, have experiences in their various fields of film, so I need an experienced and passionate producer of the film crew to inject new strength. If you are a novice, then also you need to have work involved in the experience of other movies. I also want you to have the quality of humility and patience. Be sure to provide a letter of your work experience, if you have a demo of work you've been involved with even better. Next, I will inform you more details about the film. I know to find a good producer is not easy, but I believe that a good project will definitely bring out a number of others who are passionate filmmakers like I am. I will provide you with $200-250 compensation.

I might be interested. Maybe you could mention where this will be shooting; where the auditions and rehearsals will be.

Ken, non of that is what a Producer does. A 'Producer' owns your property. A 'Producer' doesn't arrange auditions or find the 'opening scene'. A Producer is the productions owner and controls every aspect of the picture from the cast to the directer. They are the money people NOT the creative end. Ken I've worked prof. in filmed entertainment for over 25 years and am an experienced and credit Producer/Line Producer. Check my IMDB page for credits. I've emailed you several times but you never replied. If you want professional people to work with you then respect them and reply when contact you even if they are not what you are looking for. I was going to ask you again if you are still looking for a Line Producer because I can't see you doing anything for $1,000.00?. But I don't think you'll reply.
